Application Period : Starting from 01/04/2024, applications will be accepted throughout the year.
In-person application time : 9:30am – 11:30am and 1:30pm – 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)
9:30am – 11:30am (Saturday)
Method of Submission: In person / by mail (together with a cheque for the application fee) / online Please complete the application form together with the following documents
1. The original birth certificate of the student (for in-person enrollment)
2. Original copy of Department of Health Immunization Record (for in-person application)
3. Enrollment fee of HK$40.00 *Non-refundable

Announcement of Interview Schedule

Interview Date:
November 2024 (date to be announced)
Interview notification: Each enrolled student will be given an interview.
(Notification will be received on or before October 25, 2024)

Admission Criteria

1. the overall performance of the applicant in the interview
2. Priority will be given to children who have an older brother or sister currently attending or graduated from our school, or who are enrolled in our PN class.
3. Priority will be given to children with working parents and families in need when applying for a whole-day class place.
(If necessary, we will request for proofs)

Interview Arrangement

Interview process:
1. Please report to the kindergarten 15 minutes in advance of the designated interview time and register at the main entrance of the kindergarten.
Parents and children will be given a sticker during registration. Please keep the sticker on your body until the interview is completed.
2. Wait in the waiting area, pay attention to the staff’s instructions and bring your child into the designated classroom for the interview. 3.
3. The interview will be conducted in small groups and will take about 20 minutes, with three teachers of our school being responsible for the scoring.
4. The interview will be conducted mainly in Cantonese. If other languages are required, parents may invite a Cantonese-speaking relative or friend to accompany the interview or contact the school.

5. After the interview, parents should retrieve the “Interview Memo” and pay attention to the instructions of the memo to check the interview result.

Application results will be sent to all applicants via whatsapp on or before 22/11/2024.

Application Results
Registration Arrangement

Admitted Students
Parents please come to the school from 2/1/2025-4/1/2025 to register and submit the “2025/26 Kindergarten Enrollment Certificate” and pay the enrollment fee at that time.
(Registration Fee: $1570 for whole day class / $970 for half day class)

Admitted Students
If the applicant fails to come to the school for registration within the enrollment period, he/she will automatically give up his/her place and the school will call the student on reserve to replace him/her.
The Park will notify the student on reserve by phone to take his/her place.

Students Not Admitted
Parents may refer to the “Kindergarten Kindergarten (K1) Vacancy Information” posted on the EDB website at the end of 1/2025.

Points of Attention

1. If parents choose to transfer to another kindergarten after enrollment, please notify the kindergarten by phone one day in advance and come to the kindergarten on the following day.
Please fill in the “Application for Recovery of Enrollment Card” to recover the “2024/25 Kindergarten Enrollment Card”.
The Kindergarten will not reserve a place for the student.
2. If a student who has paid the registration fee abandons his/her place, the fee paid will not be reimbursed. 3.
3. Interpretation and/or translation services may be arranged for the applicant during the interview with the NCS child, or the parents and child may be assisted by a Chinese-speaking interpreter or translator.
The school may arrange interpreter and/or translator services for the applicant, or the parents and the child may be accompanied by a Chinese-speaking relative or friend to facilitate communication.
